Coming from a family of entrepreneurs within the construction and lumber industry, it’s been a natural progression for Colleen to create her own niche in construction by owning a building material supply company, OGS Order Green Supply LLC.  Additionally, she is the founder and President of Intreegue Landscape Architecture, an adjunct professor at UMD, a board member for CREWBaltimore, a licensed landscape architect, a certified Arborist, and LEEP AP Certified.  Colleen holds a double degree from UMD in Landscape Architecture and Horticulture, but beyond that Colleen has been in the construction industry in many ways, shapes, and forms since playing in sawdust piles at her father’s Sawmill and Lumber Company when she was a little girl. Not one to shy away from physical labor or creative thinking, Colleen brings a wealth of experience to Order Green Supply from both a construction perspective but also from the A/E side of the coin, providing the expertise to dissect and decipher plans and specifications when it comes to Division 8 and Division 10 building material supply. Throughout the tenure of her career, Colleen has held many positions, including Crew Foreman, Purchaser, Project Manager, Director of Marketing, Founder, Estimator, Field Crew, and even Professor (Catholic University and University of Maryland).  Beyond her business, she is active in the Maryland Community through mentorship. Colleen mentors on the  national and local level with professionals, college students, and high school students. Locally, Colleen serves as a mentor for Heartsmiles, and has provides guided internships for these high school students. Recently, she was award the GBC Mayor’s Award for her dedication to mentorship of disconnected youth in Baltimore City and this year received the 2024 Baltimore Business Journals Mentor of the Year Award.
